Joel and Lindsey’s engagement photos – I’ve known them for a few years and actually lived with Lindsey’s family of 15 people for almost two years. So, I had some fun with them – we did the normal photos, then I took them a little towards downtown Boise and stuck them in the middle of traffic.
And, yes, I did the moustache on Lindsey in-camera. It’s good being a ninja. Enjoy!
This weekend was Rachel and Walter’s wedding, at Whitetail Club and Resort in McCall, Idaho. I’ve been hopping back and forth between black-and-white and color – I’ve been really interested in simple compositions, which work great in black-and-white, whereas color is sometimes better for conveying the whole mood of a scene. Right before this one I looked back at some of my older work and decided to really start working on some effects and techniques using blur, too.
